TikTok Shop - Multi Shop Stars Go Live
(reserved for brands doing $100K+ monthly GMV)
Monthly retainer for a minimum of 20 active Shop Stars going live for a combined minimum of 120 hours per month, 7 days a week, and at all hours of the day (days and hours are at Shop Star discretion). $10K monthly stipend inclusive of fee, which is paid via cash incentives to Shop Stars.
Shop Stars will be going live from their own pages, and selling your product to millions of TikTok Shop viewers and shoppers.
Month 1 will focus on training & recruitment of 20 initial Shop Stars for a minimum "enhanced" commission of 15% - 30% (paid by brand via TikTok Shop affiliate commission). We will also build out a dedicated WhatsApp Channel where we engage with the Shop Stars daily.
Month 2 each Shop Star will commit to a minimum of 6 hours per month. The best performing Shop Stars will be incentivized by commission to scale live shows beyond the 6 hours.
Month 3 and beyond, 20 new Shop Stars will be added monthly, and low performing Shop Stars will be phased out.
Average hourly sales goal is ~$400, when looking at monthly average over a quarter. Month 1 and Month 2 will be lower than the run rate going forward
TikTok Shop - Monthly Contests

Monthly retainer and 5% admin fee for 10,000 unique & personalized outbound affiliate emails w/ 90%+ delivery rate, with up to 5 follow-ups per outbound message inviting Shop Stars / affiliates to join WhatsApp Group and push participation in monthly contests. Monday - Friday daily moderation and encouragement within WhatsApp Group, Twice per week Zoom sessions engaging in best practices with Shop Stars / affiliates, Monthly reporting, organization of prize payout and delivery of prize payout either via Amazon or Venmo. Prize cost is covered by brand, and charged a 5% admin fee.
